I haven't met anybody - first choice would be Gilbert Gottfried, then Scott Weinger.

And just to let you know - I just happened to be randomly looking at here tonight - nobody visits here anymore because we're all at the new board: www.aladdincentral.org .

Yup, it is. ;D It's a flower name, but Jasmine (well, Yasmin, actually) is a pretty normal name there.

But the princess's name in the original book was Badr al-Budr ("full moon of full moons").

Isn't there something about adding an "al" with the words. Like it was Ala al-din but you double the constanant after the "al" so you get aladdin or something. I forget what it was I read that said that...
(thinks really hard)

They are talking about in the first movie when "Prince Ali" is talking to Jasmine. Supposedly he says "something" when he is backing away from the tiger.

Iago - Hey listen Cassim. I thought you were giving up on all that treasure hunting stuff. It's so boring!

Jasmine - Aladdin, don't get me wrong. I love the carpet and everything, but can't we do something different for our next date?

Jasmine - Al! Will you come here? (refering to the fact that she never calls him Al)

Aladdin - Come on Iago! We're going on an adventure!
Iago - Oh! Another one?
Aladdin - Yeah. It's Jafar destroying our neighboring city.
Iago - Let's go!!!

I'll try to think of more...

I love "Second Rate". Jafar needed a good villain song, and he finally got the thing... it's the second to worst song in ROJ, but that's alright.

As for a song I hate, "Father and Son". It's the most pointless thing in the whole trilogy. Eh, it may be my Williams-as-Genie- hate that's preventing it, as I really don't like "Party in Agrabah" that much (I like it, but don't love it).

It isn't really like Jafar. It's too HYPER for him. As for ANY song in KoT, I don't like them much. Party in Agrabah would have to be the best I guess. I don't like the movie. Don't get me wrong, I am glad that Robin was back, but it was overrated. Dan wasn't that bad. Anyone who would have tried to do the voice would have been just as bad. I LOVE Robin and everything so I am not dissing him. I just think that people make to big a deal over it.

As far as my favorite song, any song in the first two movies. I don't care what the song is. I know them all by heart. (But Prince Ali reprise is the best!!!!!!!!)

Okay... My favorite is TOTALLY JAFAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am absolutely obsessed with Jafar!!! Notice the username. I think he's the best out of all the villians because he is the smartest. I do have to admit, Mozenwrath is a cool villian but not as good as him. They both are a lot alike if you think about it though... Their both HOT!!! JK

I am glad that someone is older than me too and is still obsessed. lol. I actually STILL watch the movie at least FIVE times a week. My parents don't even ask me what dvd I am watching anymore... They know it's one of the three movies.

I cried during the second AND third movie. The first time I saw Return of Jafar (which was in fifth grade) I cried when Jafar died. And in the third movie when Iago flew away... (sniffles) :'( I guess I am too obsessed with the villians.
