Hi All!
Great resource! Does anyone know Disney's plan (if there are any) of releasing the original Aladdin on DVD? And, if so when? I recall a number of years ago, they sold the video and stated that it wouldn't be available for a number of years after that.

Don't know for sure when the Aladdin DVD is coming out, but rumor has it that it will be in 2004, the year after The Lion King. Here's hopin'!

Hey, VP! Glad to see ya.  Aladdin is *definitely* coming out on DVD as part of the Platinum Collection, but it's still not definite when. Rumor has it that it's in 2004: us.imdb.com/SB?19991111#4Also, I just found out that Aladdin *will* be coming to IMAX! Marco was having some problems with the people who were hosting it. The domain name is gone, but it's still being hosted at 212.204.203.67/ for the rest of May. He says he may put it back up eventually; he's still got the files. |
