Unless I'm mistake, "We Could Be In Love" was just a song sung by Lea Salonga and Brad Kane and not related to the Aladdin film. At least, I've never heard that it was connected to it, other than through the voice actors.

I like all of them except "Second Rate." Maybe it's because he is singing the song to Genie and dissing him. But I know all the words for trivia purposes. *pats Aladdin soundtracks* ;D

I love "Second Rate". Jafar needed a good villain song, and he finally got the thing... it's the second to worst song in ROJ, but that's alright.
As for a song I hate, "Father and Son". It's the most pointless thing in the whole trilogy. Eh, it may be my Williams-as-Genie- hate that's preventing it, as I really don't like "Party in Agrabah" that much (I like it, but don't love it).

You're trying to tell me that "Father and Son" is more pointless than that scene where the Genie is trying to cheer up Jasmine? Just kidding. ;D My favorite sing-alongs are "Prince Ali" and "Forget About Love".

The song doesn't bear any resemblance to any old plots for the Aladdin movie, and I'm pretty sure it was written afterwards by people who had nothing to do with Disney. (I'll look it up once my finals are over...)

You're trying to tell me that "Father and Son" is more pointless than that scene where the Genie is trying to cheer up Jasmine? That's the one thing I really don't like about KoT, the fact that a lot of it seems just tacked on to give Robin something to do. A lot of it's funny, but A) the movie's supposed to be about Al and his dad, not Genie, and B) it could be integrated into the plot much better than it was.

Alright, I should have said song, not thing, because that part of the movie was a major, major source of anger for me as I looked to work on my POV story. A page of nothing in my transcript. There was one part of relevance to that whole sequence- Jasmine wondering about Aladdin, as it helped develop some reputation for the Forty Thieves. I can't believe I excluded this sequence. I hate, hate, hate it. Most of Genie's stuff in KOT is pretty pointless, other than him giving Aladdin the costume to get Cassim out of prison.

the songs weren't that pointless maybe they were just trying to have some fun or maybe those were the only best songs that worked ;D they're okay i like them anyway and father and son was supposed to bring aladdin and cassim together

Yeah, I liked Genie's first song in the move though! His father and son song was okay, but not memorable at all. I liked the forty thieves song though! But if there is one song I really didn't like in that move it was "Out of thin Air" I don't know why. It just didnt't appeal to me at all

I like singing all the songs, can't help it, I'm ust a Disney Freak ;D. If I had to choose I'd have to say A Whole New World and One Jump Reprise.
